U19 HEAD COACH AND FIRST TEAM ASSISTANT COACH

In May of 2014 I moved to Malaga, Spain as head coach of F.C Malaga City Academy where the objective was to train and promote elite level players to clubs by playing friendlies all around the country. We had the opportunity to visit and play against teams such as Sevilla, Betis, Valencia, Villarreal, Barcelona and Real Madrid. Shortly after my arrival I embarked on an additional project with local club C.D Torrox that consisted of taking over the first team and improving the academy’s methodology. In the two years I was involved in this project the first team of C.D Torrox won two consecutive league championships earning us promotions to the next divisions. In addition, a set curriculum and methodology was set in place for the academy.
